Now, for a quick rundown of our week:
On Sunday, we had our families at the store to help us organize all of the beautiful furniture we purchased at Hodgepodge in Clarksville, TN (check out their blog: hodgepodge-home.blogspot.com ).
On Monday, we ran all over town looking for last minute office and store items (it's a good thing, we love shopping ;-)
We also made a quick stop at the Post Office to deliver a package to our first Milwaukee customer, Irissol, who bought this great dress for herself-
Tuesday was one of our most productive days by far, we met with Kathleen Herzog from Main Street & the Only Downtown Business Alliance, Kelli Beam from the Chamber of Commerce and Kim Kersey with Comcast Spotlight. Kelli and Kim shared their expertise with us, and we...well we got them to try on some of our great dresses by MM Couture and our Habitual Jeans. Kelli loved the long length of the Habitual Mansfield Trouser
Our new (and only!) employees Jessica and Kelly were there, too. They were both beyond helpful in helping us get everything hung, steamed and looking ready for our Grand Opening (which is just 8 days away!!)
Tonight, we are getting ready for Market in ATL this weekend, where will be looking at all the fabulous picks for Fall 2010.
In the meantime, we wanted to give you sneak peak of our store, so that you can gauge our progress:
